For this project, we created a bespoke interior concept, followed by replanning the internal layout, that would tie in with the client's vision to create a modern and stylish home for the tenants.
Our design process included full detailed design development drawings and finishes selections, followed by the selections of furniture, artwork, and soft furnishing, which translated the design vision ensuring a seamless blend of style and practicality.
As a result of our approach, not only did the property's value double, but it also yielded an increase in rent, showcasing the effectiveness of our design strategy and delivering a considerable boost to our client's ROI.
