With over 15 years of design experience, creative thinker and founder of Mardesign, Raquel Aparicio, understands the transformative power of high-quality design in creating comfortable and inspiring homes and workspaces for tenants and buyers.
As a qualified architect with a natural talent for interior design, Raquel has a proven track record of creating spaces that are not only visually stunning but also highly functional.
Her career spans diverse projects, including 5-star hotels, restaurants, spas, gentlemen’s clubs, commercial developments, and high-end residential developments. Through these experiences, Raquel gained invaluable expertise in optimizing spaces for both beauty and efficiency.
With a commercially driven mindset, she helps clients achieve 20-30% higher valuations, maximise return on investment, enhance property performance, and increase investor wealth using design as a strategic tool.
Raquel’s mission is deeply personal, shaped by her own journey of being forced to leave her home and move countries at the age of four. She believes no one should feel displaced or disconnected.
