The Marstanningley project presented a unique challenge: converting a dilapidated terraced house into a six-unit HMO. At Mardesign, we undertook the entire design process—from initial concept to detailed space planning and design development. Our holistic design strategy included selecting furniture, art curation, and soft furnishings; all leading to the property installation and styling that revitalized the property. This thorough transformation not only rehabilitated a once-neglected property but also created a highly desirable living space for tenants.
