4-bed HMO Conversion, in Wirral-Liverpool.
The Marlea project involved the transformation of a property into a 4-bed HMO, inspired by warm autumnal tones and mid-century modern design. From the initial concept to the detailed design development, we reimagined the space to create an inspiring home for tenants. In the communal areas, we introduced an open-plan layout that includes a kitchen, living, and dining area, along with a dedicated workstation, blending functionality with style to enhance communal living.
