Marichmond

For the Marichmond project, we handled every stage of the interior design process for the transformation of a property into a five-bedroom HMO. Starting with the interior concept and moving through space planning, design development drawings, and finishes selection, we ensured every detail aligned with the overall vision. We also handpicked all furniture, fittings, and equipment (FF&E) to optimize both aesthetics and function. the project demonstrated a significant increase in return on investment for our client and the effectiveness of our design approach.
