The Mar503 project saw a complete transformation from a grey 1-bed studio flat to a warm Mexican Barragan-inspired vibe. We upgraded all finishes and electrics, installed a new ensuite, and carefully selected furniture, art, and styling to complement the theme. This redesign not only enhanced the flat's aesthetic appeal but also significantly increased its rental value, achieving a 51% rent increase compared to similar flats in the area.
